High speed packaging with increased stiffness and reduced wall thickness

This new unimodal copolymer HDPE grade is designed for multilayer extrusion blow-moulded fuel tank applications. The molecular structure of the polymer, the copolymer incorporation and the additivation all target the excellent mechanical properties, even combined with recycled polymers, in order to fulfil the different requirements of OEMs.

This new LDPE co-polymer grade is specially designed for crosslinked ultrahard foam production that happens with a continuous extrusion process. During this process a chemical blowing agent supports the foaming phenomenon. However, this grade is also suitable for non-crosslinked foams or for the physical foaming process.

BRALEN+ FC 2-18 TST and BRALEN+ FC 4-32 TST are LDPE resins with high density and very good optical properties. They are not additivated and can be extruded on conventional blown- and cast film lines

TIPELIN 3100J is an improved HDPE injection moulding / compression moulding grade initially designed for caps and closures of carbonated soft drinks and also suitable for water pipes.
