MOL Group at K-2022 trade show

This year, MOL Group was represented in a new location and on a significantly larger floor area. The 225 m2 booth, located in Hall 5, provided an excellent opportunity to present our traditional polymers alongside the new product developments at a global-scale trade show that celebrated its 70th anniversary this year.

The nearly 3,100 exhibitors at the event encompassed the entire industry value chain: in addition to raw material manufacturers, machine manufacturers and plastics processors, companies and organisations showcasing the implementation of the circular economy, conscious use of resources and technological developments for climate protection were represented in even greater numbers than before. As part of this trend, MOL Group's three new brands made their debut at K-Show: Primolen polypropylene compound, Remolen polypropylene compound mixed with recycled granules, and Remolite polyethylene compound mixed with recycled granules. The Polyol Business Unit was also present at the booth as we have received numerous inquiries about the plant, which is in the final phase of construction, and colleagues were happy to share this information. Acquisitions in line with the 2030+ strategy were also given space at our stand: as a member of MOL Group, Aurora Kunststoffe GmbH already exhibited together with us in 2019, while Remat Plc. became a member of the Group this year.
This diversity was also reflected in the demonstrations at our booth. In those we presented the competitive advantages of our products to plastics processors and brand owners in their particular processing areas with the help of semi-finished and final products made of our granules.
